
Spam Filtering
- AOL Web
- Click on the Addresses button in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Click on the New button, and select New Contact when the drop down menu appears.
Type questions@i-say.com in the E-mail 1 text box.
Click Save.
- AOL 9.0
- Open your latest i-Say e-mail.
Click the Add Address button to add i-Say to your "People I Know" list.
- Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to questions@i-say.com, which will automatically add us to your "People I Know" list.
To do this, open your latest i-Say e-mail.
Click the Reply button.
A new e-mail window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
Replace the address in the Send To box with questions@i-say.com.
Click Send Now.
- Excite
- Open your latest i-Say e-mail.
Click the Add Address button (under the "FROM: <questions@i-say.com>" line) to add i-Say to your contact list.
- If you notice an e-mail from i-Say in your Bulk Mail folder, click the checkbox next to the message then click Not Bulk.
- Flashmail
- Click Address Book on the navigation bar.
Click the Add button.
Type i-Say in the Nickname field.
Type questions@i-say.com in the E-mail Address field.
Click the Add button.
- Inbox.com
- Click Settings in the top navigation bar.
Click the Black/White Lists under Settings Overview.
Type questions@i-say.com in the text box labeled Block/Approve.
Click the Approve button.
- Hotmail
- Click the Options link at the top of the page, then Safe List.
Type questions@i-say.com in your Safe List, then click Add.
- If you see an e-mail from i-Say in your Junk Mail folder, click This is not Junk Mail to avoid having i-Say e-mails sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.
- Mail.com
- Click the Addresses link in the top navigation bar.
Click the Create Contact button in the Personal Contacts section.
Type i-Say in the Alias field.
Type questions@i-say.com in the E-mail Address field.
Click the Add Contact button.
- You can also open an e-mail from i-Say that is already in your Inbox, and click the Save Address link in the FROM: <questions@i-say.com> line.
- MyWay
- Click Mail Preferences on the top navigation bar.
Click the Safe List link in the Spam Prevention Tools section.
Type questions@i-say.com in the provided text box, then click Add.
Click Save.
- If you notice an e-mail from i-Say in your Bulk Mail folder, click the checkbox next to the message then click Not Bulk.
- Lycos
- Click Options on the navigation bar.
Click the Spam Filters link.
Click the Sender White List link.
Type: questions@i-say.com in the provided text box, then click Add.
Click Save Changes.
- Yahoo! Mail & SBC
- Open your Yahoo! or SBC mailbox.
Click Addresses on the top navigation bar.
Click on the Add a New Contact link.
Type: questions@i-say.com in the E-mail field, then click Save.
- If an i-Say e-mail has been filtered to your bulk folder, simply open the message and click on the Add to Address Book link next to the From field.
- Other providers:
- If i-Say e-mails are being filtered, try adding questions@i-say.com to your Address Book or Contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your inbox or forwarding the message to yourself.
- If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's technical support and ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from questions@i-say.com.
- Domain: Your ISP may ask what domain we are mailing from; tell them it's i-say.com
IP Address: Your ISP may ask what our sending IP address is; tell them it's 72.3.251.16
