Dogs need to pack too!

While planning your road trip this summer, don’t forget to spend some time thinking about your family pet. If you are going to be taking your dog(s) along for the ride, follow these simple rules from dogfriendly.com. This way, your dog will have as much fun on the road as the rest of the family.

The most important thing to get, if you haven’t already, is a pet identification tag. Consider replacing the home number with your cell or the hotel number where you are staying. You wouldn’t want Fido to go sightseeing without you, but it is always best to have a local number where you can be reached just in case he stops to smell the roses.

As you know, we recently experienced technical issues at our incentive vendor’s website which resulted in inaccurate points totals being displayed some members of the panel.

We have some great news! We have discovered and corrected the technical issues that affected the points program.

Now that this issue has been fixed, we will be updating the point’s site. If points were owed to you, they will be credited to your account in the next few weeks. During this time, points will be updated in your Point account two times per week.

We continue to receive some questions about the i-Say Points Program. Here is some information that may be helpful.

How do I earn points: You earn points for each survey - most surveys are worth between 1 to 25 points (depending on survey length).
When are points deposited: Reward points will be deposited in your account approximately 3 business days after you complete a survey. They will not appear in your account immediately.
Password vs. PIN: When password is referenced, it refers to the password you created the first time you accessed our Points website. Your PIN, on the other hand, is your ID number and is used when accessing www.i-say.com. Specifically, you will use our PIN on such pages as “Change of Info’ or ‘Refer a Friend’.

We thank you for your patience while we continue to improve our points program and we appreciate the feedback we’ve received so far.

Don’t forget, all you have to do is earn 50 (or more) points to redeem them for gift cards and merchandise from popular retailers. Watch your email for survey invitations so that you can begin earning reward points for taking surveys!
